Puppy Pick-Up & Logistics
We believe that bringing your new puppy home should be a positive, stress-free experience.
1- Local Pick-Up: You are welcome to visit us in Englewood, FL, to meet our team and pick up your puppy in person.
2-Concierge Delivery: We offer a premium flight nanny service. Your puppy will be hand-delivered in-cabin, ensuring they travel in safety and comfort. Please contact us to discuss airfare and the associated nanny fee.

Essential Preparation Guide
Nutrition: Your puppy is thriving on our protocol of Inukshuk and Royal Canin. We strongly recommend continuing this regimen to ensure your puppy remains in peak physical condition and avoids the digestive upset that comes with sudden dietary changes.
Crate & Supplies: We recommend a sturdy, high-quality wire crate for house training. Since Aussies and MAS are highly intelligent and social, we recommend keeping them near your family.
Toys & Enrichment: Chewing is a natural developmental stage. We recommend providing a variety of safe, durable chew toys to keep your puppy engaged and prevent household damage.
Boundaries: Whether using a physical fence or a wireless system, we encourage setting clear boundaries early—these breeds are brilliant and learn boundaries quickly!
The First Few Days
Transitioning to a new home is a big step. Expect your puppy to experience some adjustment time—a night or two of crate-whining is normal as they settle in away from their littermates. We provide all of our families with a "Go Home" prep-guide during our final puppy consultation to ensure your first few days are seamless and joyful.
